T Wear Policies

Orders
All orders are processed within 48 hours and are shipped according to availability. T wear Dance Apparel operates Monday through Friday and does not fills orders on public holidays. Due to extremely popular demand, and our Black Friday website launch. Certain items may not be readily available. Our production team will be working hard to fill and ship your orders before Christmas. Your dance gear will be shipped immediately upon completion at our store house. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. We will notify you by email to let you know when you can expect your new T-wear dance gear. 
Returns
Okay, we will try to keep this as simple as possible.
We want you to Love your new dance wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Our policy is the following. The return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This must be included in your return package. 
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event a T wear Dance Apparel team member determines the default is because of workmanship or material defect. T Wear Dance Apparel will cover the cost of the return shipping. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 
Only regular priced items (sales items if applicable) may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable). We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, and that item is no longer in stock. Your refund will be credited towards an available design or different color combination.
Fabric 
T wear Dance Apparel is currently using a Matte Spandex Lycra material - 90% Nylon 10% Lycra blend and is produced here in the U.S.A. with pride! We have done our best to display the colors as accurately as possible. Colors of fabric may vary between die lots from the manufacture. Please refer to care and content label to ensure the long lasting wear of your product.
